YEM has spent his career at the intersection of healthcare operations, entrepreneurship and workforce development — building and advising organizations that deliver care in homes, clinics and community settings.
Through Phillips Health Consulting LLC he works with providers on staffing, operations, compliance and growth strategy. Healthcare Insider grew out of those conversations: too many of the most useful insights in healthcare were staying inside private meetings.
On the show, YEM interviews executives, clinicians, direct support professionals, founders and technologists — and presses past the press release to what actually happened.
